Process
To introduce Copilot’s 12 new features, designed to make the AI more personal, expressive, and seamlessly connected across users’ digital worlds, the campaign deployed a 72-hour multi-platform creator blitz across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. To create a wave of content, we worked with 16 creators to produce content in their unique voice that laddered up to a unified message around Copilot’s capabilities. This approach enabled the campaign to rapidly scale awareness across diverse audience segments and leverage creators’ trust and authenticity to translate feature education into real usage.
