Process

To introduce Copilot’s 12 new features, designed to make the AI more personal, expressive, and seamlessly connected across users’ digital worlds, the campaign deployed a 72-hour multi-platform creator blitz across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. To create a wave of content, we worked with 16 creators to produce content in their unique voice that laddered up to a unified message around Copilot’s capabilities. This approach enabled the campaign to rapidly scale awareness across diverse audience segments and leverage creators’ trust and authenticity to translate feature education into real usage.

Strategy

The strategy centered on pairing Copilot’s feature-forward messaging with creator voices that audiences already trust. By leading with standout personalities like Olandria and Alix Earle, the campaign balanced high-reach awareness with strong lower-funnel performance. Creators demonstrated how Copilot naturally fits into their daily lives, transforming product education into relatable storytelling. With this mix of authenticity, edutainment, and clear value propositions powered a killer campaign, delivered with exceptional cost efficiency.
