Fresh Tape Media delivered a robust library of content that equipped Grand Slam Track with everything needed for both immediate and long-term use. Over one thousand photo and video assets were provided to drive press coverage, build social media momentum, and support promotional campaigns for Grand Slam Track's first-ever season. The content was leveraged to announce additional lineups, launch ticket sales, and generate excitement for the league. Process

This was a total Fresh Tape collaboration! From creative ideation to set design and fabrication, to event management and finally pulling off the complicated production logistics of bringing 8+ sets to life. We worked closely with the Grand Slam Track and Winners' Alliance teams to first define what content was needed across each set, and then did what we do best in terms of making the magic happen. On-site, we lead a creative crew of over 20, plus helped to manage the event logistics across a broader team of more than 40 people.

Strategy

Since 2025 is Grand Slam Track's inaugural season, the most important piece of strategy was doing our best to provide for known content needs for the season while also anticipating future needs as the league's popularity and distribution grows. We helped build a content strategy that provided for basic press needs like headshots and action photos, greenscreen video content for future broadcast, and more personality-based profiles and interview content to help audiences get to know – and stay interested in – the Grand Slam Track athletes and league throughout the season.

A design render showing a faux four-lane track setup, 30 feet long by 12 feet wide, with 5 feet of black marley flooring on either side. Spotlights are positioned to illuminate the track, while pipe and drape are used to block excess light, creating a focused environment. The track is painted red with off-white lines, resembling the rubber texture of a real track. A female athlete stands on the track, facing forward. The render highlights key features, including materials and lighting placement, and is marked as "Status: Waiting Approval." Fresh Tape Media branding is displayed in the bottom-right corner.

The LED wall is structured with a prominent corner design, displaying the name "McLaughlin-Levrone" alongside other placeholder text for branding and visual appeal. The graphics serve as a general placement guide and may appear different in the final installation. The reflective surface below the LED wall enhances the visual impact. The render includes the status "Approved" in the top-right corner, with Fresh Tape Media branding in the bottom-right corner.

A design render for the set of "Tee's Real Talk," featuring a modern and vibrant layout. The setup includes modern furniture selections, such as sleek chairs and a table, positioned on a glossy black floor. Dimensional line elements and a "Spill the Tee with Tee Williams" wordmark are prominently displayed on the walls, with a fabric ceiling above that radiates soft purple lighting. A painted palm plant adds a creative touch, and a track silhouette shape on standoffs provides thematic decor. The color scheme uses GST brand dark grey and off-white, emphasizing a contemporary aesthetic. The render has a status of "Approved" in the top-right corner, with Fresh Tape Media branding in the bottom-right corner.

This image shows Lamar Jackson in a Baltimore Ravens uniform, wearing number 8, posing energetically in a room completely covered with Ravens memorabilia. He’s holding a football in one hand and extending his other hand forward as if to stiff-arm an invisible defender. The walls and ceiling are plastered with posters, photos, team logos, and decorations in purple, black, and gold. There are Ravens hats, jerseys, clippings, and even a clock and stereo on a cluttered desk in the corner, making the space feel like the ultimate fan cave. The overall vibe is lively, passionate, and celebratory—capturing both the player’s excitement and the intensity of Ravens fandom.
